ISO TC28/SC4/WG6 is a working group which has the task to develop, review, and update international marine fuel quality standard ISO 8217. The working group is comprised of subject matter experts representing ship owners, associations, national standards bodies, classification societies, fuel testing services, engine designers, fuel treatment equipment manufacturers, marine fuel suppliers, fuel additive suppliers and the petroleum industry.
